Where we deliver

Monstroo delivers to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia, subject to address availability at checkout.

Estimated delivery times

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Any different delivery estimate specifically agreed at checkout takes precedence. If your order is delayed, contact us using the details below.

Delivery charges

The delivery charge applicable to your address and order is shown at checkout before you pay. Any free-shipping offer applies only under the conditions displayed with that offer.

Tracking your order

Where tracking is available, you will receive the tracking details in your dispatch confirmation. If you need help locating your order, email nuevegroupllc@gmail.com with your order number.

Delays, missing or damaged parcels

If we cannot meet a promised shipping date, we will notify you, provide a revised estimate and offer cancellation and a refund where required by applicable law. Where your consent to a delay is required, we will obtain it.

If a parcel is missing or arrives damaged, contact us so we can investigate with the delivery provider and arrange the remedy required by law. You do not need to resolve the matter with the carrier alone. Delivery estimates and carrier investigations do not limit your statutory rights.

Please check your address before placing your order. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed. Changes may not be possible once dispatch has started; any proposed additional delivery cost will be explained before you agree to it.
